Lyle (Adams) was a member of the 2007 NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship team at Wake Forest University. Following a professional soccer career, he entered the tech industry as one of Uber’s first 100 employees. Adams later earned a Master’s in Sports Management from Columbia University, fueling his passion for innovation in sports.In 2020, Lyle founded Spry, an Athletics Management SaaS platform designed to bridge communication within athletic organizations. Spry empowers administrators to effectively manage athlete and staff interactions, provides coaches with tools to connect with prospective students, and allows athletes to thrive in a streamlined, supportive environment.
